I'm guesstimating an excellent 24th for Chris now..

Show Profile  ACW Posted: 12 August 2010, 8:47 PM
true enough about the Hubmann group. 5 in the end I think.
Looks like Chris could make 26th.
Bed time.

hubmann's group is nothing on scott fraser and nordberg though! they were together over an hour

Now here's an idea to help the athletes who have given us such good entertainment - some mattresses or comfy seats at the finish so they don't have to writhe around on the ground.

Tom I know you have to get the pin-prick on your Emit card, but I don't think you should lean so heavily on the control stand. You know what happened to Daniel when he gave oneH a good tug in the sprint...

Lara and Chris, well done on the long. Ross and Chris, best wishes for the middle.

Ok Chris starting at 1:01, Ross 12:57, Simon Uppill 12:47, Shep 12:31 (out now).
Hope Chris and Ross have their supermen undies on, they'll need it.

Saw Ross on swiss tv waiting for the start, he looked very calm and ready to go fast

Go Ross, Go Chris!!!

Show Profile  paultheOctopus Posted: 14 August 2010, 6:16 PM

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 14 August 2010, 6:18 PM

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 14 August 2010, 6:21 PM
Chris on fire tho!

Show Profile  paultheOctopus Posted: 14 August 2010, 6:35 PM
he is indeed! Must love the 'shitty' terrain as Matt Speake discribed it.

Show Profile  Michael Posted: 14 August 2010, 6:43 PM
Nice work Chris, bad luck Ross.

i find it amazing how consistantly good GG is, being a pom and all. Now it's going to get really interesting with the biggest in form stars starting... will Tero do it again

Chris had an awesome race, surely a top 20 place. Ross made a large mistake on the way to number 3 or 4.
