with a ~3min mistake at the end that was a brilliant race by Lizzie

Show Profile  Keith Posted: 19 August 2011, 5:40 PM
Michael try firefox, my IE8 stopped autoupdating

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 19 August 2011, 5:59 PM
A damn fine solo run by Chris, seemed that apart from a couple of minutes lost near the beginning he didn't lose very much time at all on the Weltzien/Italyx2/Hansen express

...until that same little green reentrant right near the end - yep the same one that got between Lizzie and something REALLY special

Great work Lizzie!

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:02 PM
Wha..? DQ? hopefully some mistake, given Schaguler also has it, before he has reached the finish

Show Profile  Michael Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:05 PM
LOTS of DQ's, they probably ran on the grass.

Show Profile  Keith Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:07 PM
Everybody who downloads get DSQd, must be an IT issue.
Great run from Chris. Classic interview about his shorts!

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:16 PM
The DQs seem to have settled down to just Sorensen and Chris :-( but hopefully some sort of error that will disappear - a run like that ought to be rewarded!

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:37 PM
Chris reinstated at 43:31

Show Profile  Paul I Posted: 19 August 2011, 6:51 PM
I thought he may have been dsq for wearing shorts. He said it was too hot for longs.
TG is flying and Oberg is keeping up, this will get even more interesting

Chris just sneaks into the high 20's? Table I'm looking at doesn't have placings.

Show Profile  ACW Posted: 19 August 2011, 7:20 PM
Congrats Chris 29th. Fantastic run. And a gold medal for the best legs.

Show Profile  Paul I Posted: 19 August 2011, 7:29 PM
very nice racing. geez don't you kiwi supporters sleep, look at the time! Thierry was the only one I heard who could speak without gasping for air, and you couldn't shut him up. That was increadible once again.

Ditto to my other posting, again again! (Although did hear the women's results in the middle of the night as Carsten stayed up to cheer the Danish women into their podium places). Would have been super, duper if Lizzie had just got Dana's tail into that mean, green control - 7th or 8th place is 2 mins in front of Dana. Still wonderful with 3 top 20 places and Chris and Ross collecting up 3 top 30 places. That's fantastic and there's lots of next times left for Lizzie.
