Start times for the long qual are up, shouldn't be too long a night.

NZ time:
1st starts 730
Neil 7:36
Michael 8:04
Ross 8:18
Last starts 8:38 or 48 (forgotten already)
2 minute intervals

And photos & routes from the sprint final look to have appeared on the event website, if anyone else was getting impatient. Must have a look at them when I'm not supposed to be working...

Neil in heat B, with a bit of work to do unfortunately

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:18 PM
Looks like Vanessa Round's made a good start

Great, Neil's drawn the heat with the bonus extra Swiss runner. I'll be pissed if he finishes 16th!

Time to start watching for Michael soonish

Michael similar scenario to Neil, 15th so far at 1st radio, 8 mins down

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:48 PM

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:50 PM
bu_ _er, now it's only Ross still in the running

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:51 PM
But then again - its not over till etc etc

Show Profile  Greig Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:54 PM
Neil seems to have picked up a couple of places from the first radio control. Hopefully a few more people make mistakes too.

Show Profile  Greig Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:56 PM
Ross only 4min down and currently 7th after the first radio control. Still a few more to come in his heat though.

Show Profile  onemanfanclub Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:56 PM
Ross 7th to date at radio 4 mins down. Still a few strong nations not seen yet in his heat, but if he can hold that form...

Neil's finished, 75 mins prob not good enough but he has caught at least 2 of those ahead of him earlier, here's hoping, he deserves to get there...

Show Profile  mick finn Posted: 15 July 2008, 12:58 PM
yeah, fingers crossed and all that

Ross in fingernail biting territory - 14th with Smola(CZ) and possibly a Lithuanian to come
