Show Profile  addison Posted: 29 July 2006, 2:47 PM
Looks like Tania is the only one to make the finals. The times for the qualifications look a bit slower than they were planning for

Show Profile  addison Posted: 29 July 2006, 2:53 PM
All the ozzies have qualified, except ecmo

Show Profile  Michael Posted: 29 July 2006, 2:54 PM
Thanks :D. Just a thought, if you're in Denmark, what are you doing in front of a computer?

Show Profile  Martin Posted: 29 July 2006, 3:06 PM
Awesome results Tania, well done

Show Profile  Michael Posted: 29 July 2006, 3:07 PM
Can see the "live results" now the show is over:-(( The mens heats looked fairly even, but look at the "time behind" for 15th place in the womens heats! Big variation.

Pretty tough out there. As per usaul there was no room for mistakes. Terrain is fast and it seems rellocation didn't happen in a hurry. Team is still happy but most would have preferred they didn't make a costly mistake or two. Tania only made an 'almost' mistake in the middle section of the course, and only just managed to relocate in time before completely losing grip. Kinda explains the spread in the womens results and the effect any mistake had. There's obvoiusly lot's of other little details from todays races but that'll come out in time; and at the end of it all you all know how frustrating it can be sometimes when things don't go as you think they should. Still, that's the nerves out of the way, and the team are ready to go again.
