And its not yours, because it will be mine! muahahahaha Looks like the middle distance is where the battle will be at, see who can take it home after easter.

Sim-o'n is the pronunciation key for Simone in my dictionary. Do you have some gender issues? Will you be running up to W21E in the near future.

Cross dressing does not interest me at all, but I desperately want to be female. I also drink milk straight from the carton. None of this scares me.

I couldnt give a flying fuck what it says in the dictionary. Perhaps you have some gender issues for consulting the dictionary on this matter? Will you be walking in W21AS in the near future.

seems like theres a critical mass of orienteers attending nationals at around 300-450. Is this related to grades and how many people can win? Maybe if we have more grades more people will come? There are more grades at O-Ringen and they get around 15,000 people

Anyother ideas?

Show Profile  Eponine_ Posted: 11 April 2006, 8:41 AM
Jamie: Have we reached critical mass? If we have then maybe we will start the chain-reaction setting off uncontrolled expansion in numbers culminating in participation numbers that will turn even swedes green with envy. Maybe we are just stagnating at a sub-critical level.

Naturally, I don't have anything useful to contribute at the moment, but may think of something later.

Have bigger start intervals so it takes all day and feels like O-Ringen.

Come on 4 min start intervals for the middle.

Show Profile  Greg Posted: 11 April 2006, 8:49 AM
It also seem we lose about 33% of people for the relay, so why not scrap it for an event that at least has red level orienteering in it.
