kia ora John!
great runs by both guys, Chris 16:42.7, couldn't quite hold on to Khramov but still finished well, Ross 17:15 running alone, excellent start but might have dropped a bit right near the end? 11th & 19th with less than a third to come in, could be jst top 20 and top 30?

Pretty interesting sprint with all those zoo visitors and prams to dodge around near that bird enclosure at the TV1/#8 control!
(Do you get sound on the norsk TV? I foolishly picked this week to update my Linux installation, and it's very quiet...)

Khramov smashed it!
And I think we'll have a new NZ best male WOC result

Another sprint champs behind Andrey Khramov; if Ross or Chris had been 1:18 behind him (as was Ross at games) then would have been 14th. Athough this sprint was 2 minutes longer than Taiwan so its a little different percentage wise.
Yeah, interesting dodging John, even saw the cameraman roaming around the forest

125 m climb. Sounds like a Forne-style sprint!

Think Nikolov has had similar, top 10 atl, results in the long in the last few years - they've had the odd good runner but I don't think that good before.
Ewels has got off to a good start in the women's race... but I think I'll have to call it quits soon....

Leading with half the field in, but the women's start order much more strongly "seeded" than the men. Likely to be a top-20 for Aus though.

Awesome 5th for Kathryn with her other half Robbie P trying to chase down Team Orion in the Primal. Too much.
