Nationals 2010

Show Profile  thomasr Posted: 6 April 2010, 11:00 AM
I hope you all got a chance to try Vitasport on the weekend. If i didn't get a chance to tell you it's a new isotonic powdered sports drink. It's avaliable in supermarkets and is a pretty good deal (about $3 - $4 for a pack of 10 sticks)

They are supporting me in my orienteering and other racing. For infomation about Vitasport, some photos and giveaways become a fan of Vitasport on facebook, www.facebook.com/teamvitasport

Harden up, you are a geek. Plus its pretty bloody simple if you actually take the time to look at and follow the instructions (in Finnish)

Middle Distance is up on Route Gadget now! Long to follow shortly

And now the long is up too. I think the relay might just be a little bit too complicated for me to put up but if anyone has OCAD10 and is keen to try it out let me know.

I hope you all had fun down in the south, thanks for coming!

Don't know who it was but whoever was in photos 69 to 72 was very impressive. Billy goatish.

Forgot to include the patented "Smithson follow-through" however.
