I hope you all got a chance to try Vitasport on the weekend. If i didn't get a chance to tell you it's a new isotonic powdered sports drink. It's avaliable in supermarkets and is a pretty good deal (about $3 - $4 for a pack of 10 sticks)

They are supporting me in my orienteering and other racing. For infomation about Vitasport, some photos and giveaways become a fan of Vitasport on facebook, www.facebook.com/teamvitasport

Harden up, you are a geek. Plus its pretty bloody simple if you actually take the time to look at and follow the instructions (in Finnish)

And now the long is up too. I think the relay might just be a little bit too complicated for me to put up but if anyone has OCAD10 and is keen to try it out let me know.
