Remind me why orange courses are so terrible. Lots of people are running yellow courses on Friday.

I like Jenni's suggestion around the length of course rather than age defining team make up.
Last year Dunedin were unable to have any official team. But we did manage an M45/W18/M16 Combo that would have placed 4th or 5th on the Masters Course. It gave great experience to the younger runners and was a lot of fun. It was a shame to be NC though.
Note: I'll be helping Alistair deal with all the extras for Relay's and what I'd hope for is to put together regional teams and to put together as competitive teams as possible Michael. As above, so what if it's NC we all know who raced who and if a team did well or not.
