If Garden hadn't sorted this 6 months ago the team would be about half the size it is.
The parallels with Australia a few years back when their JWOCers were winning medals while their sport fell apart is startling.

Good luck to the NZ team! Hopefully there's a nice online setup like Toph had at the Aussie schools so we can follow!
You can't change circumstance, so time (for everyone) to be positive and focus on the races - personal studies have confirmed that trying to change the status quo by increasing personal stress and anxiety has a rather negative correlation to performance.
Go hard!
