Michael Posted: 3 September 2006, 4:35 PM   Chris Forne won the NZ MTBO Championship on Saturday in Hanmer Forest. This adds to his sprint, middle and long-distance foot-o titles in Nelson/Marlborough, and his win (with Aaron Prince) of the NZ rogaine champs in Tararua Forest Park. Chris has also won the NZ Ski-O Champs, in 2004. The womens MTBO championship was won by 9th-world-ranking Marquita Gelderman. Veteran titles went to Phil White and Anne Mortimer. There were 100 entrants in the 6th national championship.
