A new thread, since the other is polluted with crap.
Good to see more people giving catching features a go...the New Zealand team is working its way up the world rankings and I look forward to the time when I have to lift my game to stay counting
See www.catchingfeatures.com
At least one former NZOF coaching director recommends it as the ultimate armchair training.
It is a hard game, so don't be put off by your initial uselessness.

It shows you've learnt how to move over terrain old man....now lets see that result over a 30 min ocad map!
Also good to see pcbrent back in the team and Flynn making great strides (pasting Addison). Unfortunately Martin Peat still appears to be useless.

Trouble is with OCAD maps I usually get serious lagging problems, sometimes also with random maps with a particular tree type. Anyone know a way I can reduce these problems?

What do you mean pasting Addison, Addison has never been ahead of me!

You could try reducing the render distance and/or decreasing the resolution. These are adjusted in the options menu. If all else fails I find that threatening my computer with physical harm does wonders.
