No they can't, yet. Doesn't look like Malcolm Ingham has posted them, or maybe he hasn't received them from the controller. When he does you can get tham at http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/ingham/woc.htm

I am still to confirm valid grades etc for some people but should have the official results out this week.
They wont be posted on the WOC results site for a couple of weeks as our web site manager is overseas. Look for emails from your club instead.
In the mean time you should be able to suss out the winners from the OY results at:
