If you follow the links from the Aussie High Performance website you might be able to find Dave Shepherd's website.
Although I find orienteers webpages a little geeky there are some nice maps with routes available to look at including a couple from Japan.

Do you reckon any kiwi orienteers will ever invent their own websites or is this just an Aussie phenomena?
Wonder if Brent is creating a website to celebrate or is that commiserate the monumental "year of the brent"

Tons of European orienteers have web-sites - they do it mostly as an extra way to advertise for their sponsors. I'm sure Dave does it exactly for that reason too.
Quite a few of them publish their träning too - some NZers would do well to have a look so as to see how much an elite orienteer should train.
