APOC 2004 Kazakstan

richard lynn Posted: 31 January 2004, 7:52 AM   has anyone been able to make a payment to the APOC banking address in Kazakstan , I have tryed but my bank says there is not enough imformation to be able to send any money ,I have even sent emails in Russian to try and get more imfo .
