WOODHILL FOREST RUN 2004
Meeting Thurs 22.01.04
â€¢Structure of organisation to be confirmed by end of next week.
â€¢Event Managers to be Clem and Neil (confirm with Neil).
â€¢Managers to be paid (fee to be decided).
â€¢After the managerâ€™s payment, the profits are to be split 50-50 between the National Orienteering Squad as a whole, and those members of the Squad who help at the event.
â€¢Equipment â€“ Mel to make up a required equipment list.
â€¢Sponsorship â€“ this needs to be done by the end of February. Need someone to take charge of this.
â€¢Round the Bays â€“ This clashes with Katoa Po. Need to find people to hand out entry forms.
â€¢Natalie to investigate Corporate groups.
â€¢Website â€“ to be updated as soon as we decide on a date â€“ Fraser.
â€¢Contact Phil for info about the database, copies of letters to sponsors, and current Forest Run equipment.
â€¢Insurance â€“ contact Rob C to see what is covered under the NZOF.
â€¢Bank account â€“ Rob C.
â€¢Mel to look at possible event dates.

I'm not keen to be an event manager this year.
Mainly because I want to concentrate on producing amazing D squad athletes.
