Just wondering whether it is fair for Auckland Orienteering Club to hold AOS#7 on Hedley Dunes the weekend before North West Orienteering Club host the Relay and Long Distance of the NZSSOC on the same map?
All of Hedley Dunes should be embargoed until the NZSSOC.

Hi Michael, Hedley dunes is a huge area, and the area newly mapped and added to in the south is most certainly not being used for the AOS7 event.

Thanks Rob, but a map showing embargoed areas would be appropriate given that it's for the NZSSOC. It's good to hear that it's been updated and extended. Makes it worth the travel given how special the Hedley Dunes area is.

A model map would be another idea, also, especially for those new to sand dunes.
