Jafa weekend at QB is going to be huge, and we already have 997 entrants, so looking like 500 people per day, and even bigger than 2015.
http://qb2018.aoa.org.nz/ Early bird entries close tomorrow, so get your entries in.
The first day will be on the Lake Rototoa map, which was used for Oceania long distance last year and proved very varied, very tricky and unlike tradional Woodhill.
This time there will be a double middle with an unusual chasing start in that the fastest start last, which will prove very interesting. One of the races will have almost all new terrain.
Day 2 and 3 will be on the superb Nationals long map, which is on a huge area, and I'm sure most of us will see a lot of new territory.

Thanks for a fun weekend of orienteering NWOC, under some difficult conditions.
Will you be putting the course maps up on the website at some point? It would be great to be able to look over them all.

Yes thanks very much NWOC - we really enjoyed ourselves, great courses and maps (although maybe yesterday's planners need to read the white guidelines - what was the last leg about??) Pity about the weather but that didn't detract from the fun experience thanks to the fantastic organisation.
