The Swedish site Alternativet (=The Alternative) has finally added an English version: http://www.alternativet.nu/eng/ Link
There is still the odd bit of Swedish floating around so if you need any help just ask here or in "eftersnack" (= The lounge)

RunOway=A fantastic program that brings the map, course, your route and splits together so you can compare your race with others - if you've run a race in Sweden in the passed 2 years (ORingen?) there is a chance the map will be there. Worth a look anyway!
