Well done for quick results from the long. But what of the relay today? Did the weather disrupt things?

The relay results were up on the TOC website by 7pm, but not the Winsplits. They will take longer to sort out. One punch box malfunctioned during the event, possibly from a cold battery. This control was visited by half of the classes.
There was strong, cold winds at the event centre which gave a lot of problems setting the site up, but the sun was out and the wind died during the day. The races started on time.
From all the blood on the competitors, I would say many now have an appreciation of what blackberry and gorse are.
