Hi Nick - I own an online registration that handles club membership as well. I think you need to work out exactly what you want, i.e. newsletter management etc or not, first and then look at the options. Happy to talk if you need.

Membership and entry management were discussed at length during the redevelopment of the ONZ website. At that stage it was decided to leave it for another project.
It's certainly something that's needed and I imagine it'd be much more cost effective to implement well at a regional and/or national level.

Sure, national implementation would be great. But I'm not going to wait around for that - I want to reduce the workload on my club volunteers NOW. Seems to me that NWOC can do that if we K.I.S.S.
We know what functionality we want. We know what we're willing to pay. We're just trying to identify the right product, and part of that is hearing what other clubs are doing. So far, HBOC seems to be the only club using online registration.

It has Xero integration.
I’d also look for a system which integrates with MailChimp or equivalent.
