as we have some of our exciting juniors and past juniors running at Jukola in the next 24 hrs I tried to find something about it on the ONZ site but couldn't ....or is it just me? I understand Tim and Matt are running first leg? Not sure who Tim is running for? I presume Matt is running for OK Linne? This is an amazing race to watch for those of you who can,...my man on the ground in Finland told me 8am but have had reports it could be 9am and I cant get onto World of O at the moment.

WorldofO.com is currently down due to server problems. Tim is running first leg for OK Nolaskogsarna..Laura is running 1st leg in the Venla relay for the same club team. Matt's blog says he is running in team 2 cos "With my recent sickness, and lack of confidence, I said to myself that I would just enjoy the Jukola experience and eliminate the pressures. Plenty more years to run Jukola with Linné, but this year they will have smash it without me! The first team is looking really strong, and I am excited to see what everyone can produce."

A total of 71.9km and 2,585m climb for the seven person relay. The estimated winning time was 7h 59m, it was won in 7h 59m 2s!

For those that missed it Greta ran a spectacular first leg for UMEA 2. She was on the TV through every radio due to her high postion.
