This was part of a Christmas calendar set up by the Swedish O-site Alternativet:

Today's (4th) window was a question: "Who is the Alanis Morissette listening international elite orienteer who has conducted this training session. Answer tomorrow". See:

honestly, i reckon that norwegian video is the biggest bunch of balls i have ever seen. i find it distressing that the scandinavian elite are so sad.

Tiomila 2005 lead changeover - Petr Losman (SNO, the runner) waiting for Tore Sandvik (Halden, the orienteer) - about to go out on the 16km last leg of the Swedish 10 man relay - a leg with no gafflings (split controls). Consequently Petr stuck to Tore's back the whole way and sprinted past him in the finish.
Dialog:
Niclas Jonasson (SNO) calls for Petr
Somebody calls for Tore (probably the Halden runner)
Halden runner says "He's waiting for you - take it easy, throw away your headlamp"
