Feedback invited on NZOF Strategic Direction

pete s Posted: 12 February 2013, 11:06 AM   Hi everyone Recent months has seen work being undertaken towards working out the future focus and strategic priorities for the NZOF. Early work involved undertaking a series of formal and informal discussions across multiple groups and individuals to get their early input to the process. A small planning team has taken this information, and this has been shaped into a draft strategic plan document which we now seek feedback on. This document is available on the NZOF website, along with a feedback template, and we encourage all clubs and orienteers to take the time to read this and feedback on it. Strategic planning is not about producing a document - that is merely the output of the thinking that goes in to determine a future direction and which priorities to focus on. We seek as much input as possible to contribute to that thinking, so that ultimately we will have a plan that can work to move the NZOF and sport forward. We look forward to hearing from you, and all the details on how to feedback etc are contained in the document.
