Are people who live South of the Bombay Hills one eyed and biased?

What, I didn't realize people south of the Bombay's had internet! I thought that's why the government was pushing for rural broadband.

By implication that means there must be something north of the Bombays. I knew there was a reason the northerly was always a warm wind...
