Laura did 5.3 kms in 34 minutes in the best run of her life and won by 7 minutes from her JWOC team mates, Selena, Jamie and Jula who were close.
Nick beat Duncan and BJ Reynols in a close finish.
Results will be on winsplits and NWOC website this evening.

Nick Hahn is a machine. I pity those juniors that have to race him. Bad luck!

Greg ran hard and did a time similar to Duncan.
He was too scared to try Laura's course as her km rate was quicker than the guys.

Was the trial sprint a success? Urban formats are well suited to school orienteering from organiser and competitor perspectives; is it going to become part of the SS Championship?

Thanks Owen. Was there forking on the phi-loop in the SB individual or just a device to get more distance? The 3 routes on RG all loop it the same way.

I think it was just to make the distance as everyone went the same way.
