Leg speed drills

My training plan has me back to doing leg speed drills on Sat mornings. If anyone wants to do them feel free to come down. They are really good for improving stride mechanics, technique and efficiency. All runners can benefit from them not just track speed freaks. I starr with a warm up at 8am, then do dynamic stretching and then drills. All up the training sessions is about 45mins. I do them on the stretch of road behind the wintergarden.

Sometimes Im by myself and sometimes there are up to 30 people doing them  its totally random - but can get excitingly chaotic, so if there are other people who already know how to do them would be good to have more coaches around on the crazy days.
