Did any kiwis go to jwoc in italy in 1993? can you let me know, im trying to sus out some places to train.

Talk to Carsten this weekend. I think he spectated at that JWOC and he's been on lots of training camps to Italy. Some NZ juniors went to Italian 5 day in 2005 and those maps might be good to train on (we were there to and for a training camp beforehand but I think our maps are in Denmark).

Amber and Tineke have a "link" with one of the Italian boys from the last three JWOCs. They might be able to "pull some strings".

I think Matt Scott said he had been to JWOC in Italy. Some of us Juniors in 05 had about a week of training and racing based around Coredo and Fondo. It was a wicked area. My maps are down in Dunedin, but Martin may have some of the maps we ran on up in Auckland??

I've got the maps from racing in Italy, mostly semi-open/scattered trees on the side of big hills.
