This is probably posted a bit late as entries close today, but a warning to anyone trying to do an online entry using the Firefox browser.
The graphic that is supposed to be at the bottom of the page actually appears at the top neatly covering up the compulsory entry fields. Submitting fails but you don't get to see the error message as it too is covered up :-(
Workaround is to use IE

Interesting. Have they asked about landing facilities or will they be dropping in by parachute I wonder. Will Anthony Barr turn out to defend the navigational reputation of RNZAF. Perhaps Felicity Anderson might sail in too. Jason Markham could choose this year to show that the army can zero in on a target in the middle of the jungle.

Thanks Alan and other workers.
That symbol on the front of the programme - reminds me of something. Is it inspired by (a) control description for most of the relay controls (b) Henley Lake after a long hot summer (c) a cry of hope by Wairarapa farmers or (c) you know something about the weather for next weekend that you'd rather not tell us?

you can ask Paul Cummack when you see him.
its actually the template for the medals we are handing out to jnrs/elites. Medals will have bits cut out rather than raised relief.

I wouldn't normally use Maptalk for commercial matters but this is intended to help people. The NZ agent is completely out of Silva Nor and Nor Spectra thumb compasses and MAPsport (which has been asking since Waitangi) has run out too. If you were expecting to buy at Easter see if you can beg or borrow from someone at home. There appear to be adequate supplies of Jet thumb compasses.
