Lactic Turkey Night Bush Run Series - 1st one this Wednesday!

runningbeast Posted: 17 July 2007, 12:41 AM   Our first night run in the Lactic Turkey Bush Night Fun Run Series is this Wednesday 18th July at Cascades, northern Waitakere Ranges, Auckland. This is the first in this casual run series on Wednesday nights starting at 7pm. These runs are on established bush tracks at various parks around Auckland. The first one will be on 18 July at Cascades, then 1 August on the Okura Walkway (North Shore) and 15th August at Hunua Falls. The course will be clearly marked and will take the winner approximately 45 minutes and the average runner somewhere between 60 and 75 minutes. Once finished you can enjoy a nice warm sausage and then a quick and simple prize giving (mainly spot prizes).
