Men's list looks pretty good too with Sam and Riki right up there. Sounds like anyone still in the forest will have little or no impact on the kiwi results now - awesome first act, now here we go...

Times look quicker, apparently there is some lovely fast sections aross the top of a plateau

Greta had 3 fastest splits in the heat and was leading it after 5 controls. Bummer. Kate R also very unlucky in her heat, was easily qualifying before a big mistake just before the end. She did OK today though! Talk about an orienteering statement from our women! The guys also packed up the top end of the leaderboard. Fantastic stuff.
