Wellington Half Marathon

Great to see Bill and Ross and Andrew and Todd out there running well on the flat and hard stuff! And it seems that orienteering is much safer than road and x/c; we were at A&E (our toddler fell on the steps at prizegiving and gashed his eyebrow) - we saw a local Scottish runner there who was fully banged up - with stitches in his forehead, swollen lips and possibly broken nose, bandaged ankle etc all from a collision with another competitor at 5km mark. It looks like he stood on someones shoulders and nosedived onto the ground. Would have to be for ross to wear that much clothing while running..
