Development Ideas from Australia

A proposal for a licence system (short-term-term membership) designed to turn participants into members. Papers from the (very) recent development conference in WA including school and corporate programs with charging details. A lot of this is done by state association employees and would seem to combine promotion and reducing the net cost to the association of having staff. In NZ such activity seems to be mostly individual entrepreurs, and in my opinion there aren't enough of them. www.orienteering.asn.au/promotion/devel/
