Neil might be premature with this result.

Man up Simon.

I am the favourite

Come on Brent you haven't even seen the startlist yet, I heard one of the big time "uz multi-sporters" had entered.

Calling Brent favourite is like saying I have a big dick: Both are bullshit.

since my picks were so ridiculously good last year (hardened listeners will recall I picked something like 8 out of 9 placings in the mens elite...here it goes for this year, only guys elite as I am too out of touch with the ladies and juniors..

Sprint:
1) Karl Dravitski
2) Jamie Stewart
3) Bryn Davies

(gotta back yourself)

Classic:
1) Jaromir .....
2) Chris Forne
3) Karl Dravitski

That czech dude is too fit and the terrain will suit...you never know what might happen if the map is a bit vague or bingo though.

Middle:
1) Karl Dravitski
2) Jaromir ....
3) Jamie Stewart

(yes Jamie beats Chris twice in one weekend, ohh the glory, Chris cries, Darren doesn't even make a podium, Neil scores at the Nationals party and the sun doesn't come up on Monday...yeehah).

You forgot one race Jamie:
Relay:
1) Hutt Valley
2) Daylight
3) Who cares?

I see you predicted a 2nd and 3rd for yourself Jamie.
I'm assuming you were just being modest, as I am unable to see how anyone could possibly beat you in either the sprint or the middle.

Do you feel validated now?

No point being on the start line if you don't back yourself

I think that Jamie could do 500 press-ups if he trained for a year.

Show Profile  HeadHoncho Posted: 12 April 2006, 5:42 AM
Ahh memories, what were the other ones? Something about not drinking for a while and not eating takeaways?

Show Profile  Jamie Posted: 12 April 2006, 6:45 AM
see you at nationals Dave?

Show Profile  Dave Barr Posted: 12 April 2006, 7:29 AM
I wish I could, but unfortunately Easter Nationals don't suit me. If they were held at Labour Weekend I'd be keen.

Show Profile  Chris Forne Posted: 12 April 2006, 8:46 AM
Jamie's going down.
