You asked for it, so here it is . . .
As requested by Greg, the recipe for that baking

Ingredients
3 cups of toasted museli
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans or peanuts
250 grams butter
2 tblsp golden syrup

Method
1. In a bowl mix together the museli, rolled oats, brown sugar, dried apricots, coconut, and chopped nuts
2. In a saucepan melt butter and golden syrup
3. Pour the butter mixture into the bowl stirring to mix evenly.
4. Press into a greased and lined (don't use butter paper!!!) 20 cm x 30 cm slice tin
5. Bake at 180 deg C for 35-40 mins
6. Mark into slices while warm and cut when cold.
