Super Series

The sports people who train very hard are usually the ones who win. Rather than being a kill joy I think it acts the opposite way - there is extreme joy in being the best and the only way to do this is by training, competition and more training.

The others are just making up the numbers, having a good time and won't reach their potential.

I agree with you there Bryan. I'm amazed at how few elites run OYs, and even park races etc in NZ nowadays. NZ has so few races that even if you do all those that there are - it's still not enough to be competitively internationally. Maybe the race quality isn't often too high at these races but it's still racing.

I think Jamie is looking for excuses to fill his catching features addiction.

Catching features is better for me technically than most of the races around the traps in New Zealand

I agree with you about the training old fellas, but not so sure about the 'extreme joy'. Maybe there would be 'extreme joy' if you won the World Champs, cause then there really is no one better than you.
