A Warning from Chris

Jamie Posted: 23 March 2005, 2:07 AM   Last night Chris Forne issued a warning with a clean pair of heels winning the final Pier to Pier 5km race in 15.47 (thats half on beach half on road) Yours truly watched him very closely for 3.5km then popped like a balloon. Given how good an orienteer he is and how physically superior he is over every distance, can anyone beat him at Nationals?
