Tim Robertson riding in the juniors, Rob and Marquita in the masters. Starts with the sprint today. Looks like live results and tracking available. http://www.wmtboc2014.pl/en

Silver medal for Tim in the Junior elite grade!

Tremendous result, Rob says he may have lost 15-20sec on one leg. The masters are starting now (1pm but 10hrs behind NZ) The website gives start times in minutes after the first so I think Rob starts at 1:50 and Marquita at 2:12

3 out of the first 4 results in M60 are DNF/DQ. Careful Rob...

Marquita 1st, Rob just out of the medals at 4th. A great day for NZ.

Although Tim seems to like rain when on foot, Rob G reports: "Tim reckons the rain hindered rather than helped as he has little experience riding in it. He had a decent error but lost valuable seconds recording his map as it was a bit big for his map board. Marquita had a good win with a ride she was happy with and I had a couple of decent errors early that cost me a win but I was happy enough with my weakest discipline. 13 degrees and rain all day. Looking forward to Auckland in the spring."

M20 results for the middle starting to appear, Tim is on minute 99 so should be something by 10:30. Doesn't look like they are tracking M20 but there may be something to see for the elites - at least what the map looks like.

Tim's on top by a minute, with only 7 results to come. Of yesterday's top 6, only Finland's Vanhanen is yet to finish, he started 16min after Tim. Cross fingers..

No I overlooked Vanhanen, or he just came in. Cautiously optimistic. 4 to finish.

Cautiously excited...I think it is a Gold in the Middle MTBO for Tim!

60/61 results reported and the only name I can't see is Lauri Kuuk, who started 2min after Vanhanen. Unless there's a computer delay, he's done it. Gold for Tim!

Confirmed in Polish...

Well done Tima! And you too Marquitaa. Hang in there Roberta your day will come.

That is fantastic result for Tim - must be the first dual junior foot and mtb o champ I'd imagine! Woohoo!

What is he like at skiing?
