A bit of administration....
How does one go about getting race numbers for a relay event? I mean the ones you pin on your shirt!
Is there a special race number shop

For 2013 NZ Champs our print shop printed a custom design on Tyvek paper. We provided a pdf file including the required numbers generated using a mail merge feature.

Tyvek is the ultimate. But if cost is an issue, Jim Russell and myself can produce full colour fully customised bibs on Pretex water & tear resistant paper.

Counties have a relay sets up to 87 teams if you want them

When we did the NI SS Champs, I did the bib numbers as three to an A4 page and got the local printers to do them on water resistant, thick paper. Then we three quarter cut them along the dividing lines in blocks of ten with a paper guillotine. Each sheet can then be put in a team bag with half a dozen pins. Then all the school co-ordinators have to do is cut/rip them to give to each team member.
Cheap, easy to arrange and you only need a rubbish bag at the finish
