Why can't I get onto the oceania website - from any link on any site????

It is stuck in a redirect loop, redirecting to it self after zero seconds.
meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url= index.html"
Not sure why someone would have changed the index.html file to do this.

The error seems to come and go - I've hd it hapen a couple of times but also been able to access it normally at other times
