Don't be so sure... heat 3 is so tight with so many around rosses 14:02 some may miss the cut,
like Tom prob missed even with a good time

I can't believe how tough it is to make the final. Men's A course if you are more than 32sec behind the winner you are out. Men's C more than 42sec behind and you are out. Good work everyone, 4 out of 6 through to the finals!

A runners course can be so cruel at this level, if you are not at your peak have been ill like Tom you will be pushing it up hill right from go.

Ross in by skin of teeth 14:02, David Brickhill-Jones a hairs whisker 14:03, Out goes Helmut Gremmel with 14:05 and so too does sprint specialist Oysten Kvaal Osterbo with 14:04 sadly for him.

Great run by all the NZ team and especially Tim after his week at JWOC. Now I need to stay up/ or get up for the final at 2am Yawn : ) Another tough weekend!! But can't miss the exciting action. Hope we get some live results without paying euros!

Yeah it seems like they are going to try and make you pay to watch, but there has also been talk about it being on Norwegian TV, so might be able to find a free stream from that.
