New Orienteering Book

It was called "Orienteering - a guide to equipment and techniques" by Ian Bratt ( a south african orienteer). Had quite good photos and instructions, etc, probably good for beginners. Unfortunately I can't remember how much it was but I'm guessing around the $20 mark. Carsten and others were among the photos and credits.
