I was very impressed with some of the juniors with Gene Beveridge showing he is ready for 21e, and Liam Patterson showing he will soon take over from Karl soon as the no 1 from New Plymouth.   James Posted: 22 September 2009, 11:52 AM   yeah, awesome courses, especially the long on saturday, killer challenge, caught all of us elites out! As for Gene, pretty sure he was running faster than most of the elites and had the 2nd fastest km rate on Sunday. (and i hear that he competed in the secondary schools cycling final time trial the same morning!)
