SPARC coach funding

How does Triathlon manage to get 9 fully funded coaches for a maximum of 6 athletes at Beijing? http://www.sparc.org.nz/sparc-invests-600000-into-nzs-top-coaches   Michael Posted: 28 March 2008, 11:08 AM   While we're on the Olympics, I see the Football Ferns are going to Beijing. I'd just like to say to the NZOF selectors that they should pick me for WOC. I know that I haven't met the criteria, but I have won M21 in the WOA OY. This is a move for the future - I am sure that with top-level international competition, I will be a force to be reckoned with within the next 5 years.
