Hey,
If anyone is keen for some long Sunday runs around Auckland I'm doing some tough runs about the Waitaks and Muriwai in prep for the nationals and mountain running champs. I can you give you a lift town. There are a couple of other off road runners who get out a bit too.
This weekend 13/1 I'm running over the track sections of the Wild Turkey and then after that will do more track/terrain running either around the Cascades (north end of the Waitaks) or Muriwai.
And if you're keen for some faster runs, on Sat morning I do short reps, Tues nights intervals and a long steady state on Thursday. It would be good to have some other runners to help keep the pace honest.
