Chris Posted: 17 July 2007, 11:43 AM   Someone upstairs has got the balance all wrong, first no rain then an event of near biblical proportions. My kids were evacuated from school by the army due to flooding. Very exciting for them but not so great for parents celebrating the return to school...no school tomorrow either darn it!
